JAMES HUMPHREYS: We formed the firm in 1979 and we've worked in the area of personal injury, defective drugs, defective products, toxic torts ever since then.
The firm is located principally in Charleston, West Virginia, but we also have an office in Washington, D.C., and we represent clients from 23 states currently. We have affiliations with law firms around the country to represent people who have been injured through no fault of their own.
At the end of the day, at the end of the case, I want the clients who have given us the honor to know that we are committed to excellent representation of our clients. We're going to do the very best possible to see to it their interests are protected.
