RAPTIVA® PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Raptiva (efalizumab), is a drug prescribed to treat individuals with Psoriasis. In October of 2008, the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) required the manufacturer, Genentech Inc, to place a "black box" warning on Raptiva concerning the risk of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy "PML," bacterial sepsis, viral meningitis, invasive fungal disease and other infections. Since the black box warning, Genentech has pulled Raptiva from the market and will no longer be sold in the United States.
